Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) and section 21.1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the variation and transfer of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-2 and OC-49 by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Orders AO-1-OC-2 and

AO-1-OC-49, copies of which are attached to this Order.
