Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) and section 21.1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the variation and transfer of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity GC-12, GC-26, GC-33 and GC-40 by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Orders

AO-4-GC-12, AO-1-GC-26, AO-2-GC-33 and AO-1-GC-40, copies of which are attached to this Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) et de l'article 21.1 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la modification et le transfert par l’Office national de l’énergie, des certificats d’utilité publique GC-12, GC-26, GC-33 et GC-40, conformément aux ordonnances modificatrices
