Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and as provided for in the Manitoba Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, dated May 29, 1997, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Bunibonibee Cree Nation:

 

(a) the lands described in the annexed Schedule I as Oxford Lake North Shore Indian Reserve, in the Province of Manitoba;

 

(b) the lands described in the annexed Schedule II as Wapisew Lake Indian Reserve, in the Province of Manitoba;

 

(c) the lands described in the annexed Schedule III as Whitemud Lake Indian Reserve, in the Province of Manitoba.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et conformément à l’accord intitulé Manitoba Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement, daté du 29 mai 1997, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Bunibonibee Cree Nation :

 

a) les terres délimitées à l’annexe I ci‑jointe, pour constituer la réserve indienne Oxford Lake North Shore, dans la province du Manitoba;

 

b) les terres délimitées à l’annexe II ci‑jointe, pour constituer la réserve indienne Wapisew Lake, dans la province du Manitoba;

 

c) les terres délimitées à l’annexe III ci‑jointe, pour constituer la réserve indienne Whitemud Lake, dans la province du Manitoba.
