Whereas the Governor in Council has consulted with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission;

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 159 of the Canada Labour Code, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Ontario Hydro Nuclear Facilities Exclusion from Part II of the Canada Labour Code Regulations (Occupational Health and Safety).

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’article 159 du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement d’exclusion des installations nucléaires d’Ontario Hydro de la partie II du Code canadien du travail (santé et sécurité), ci-après.
