                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, hereby

          (a)      pursuant to section 30 of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act and subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, after consultation with the Board of Directors of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, appoints

Jean-Guy Poulin, C.A., of Sainte-Foy, Quebec, of the firm Mallette, General Partnership, as auditor of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2003; and

          (b)      pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2003.

          a)       en vertu de l’article 30 de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement et du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, nomme Jean-Guy Poulin, C.A., de Sainte-Foy (Québec), de la maison Mallette, Société en nom collectif, vérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2003;

          b)       en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, covérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2003.
