Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints to the position of special adviser to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness and to the President of the Treasury Board, Linda Black, of Calgary, Alberta, as a Member of the Task Force on Governance and Cultural Change in the RCMP, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on December 31, 2007, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem rate is within the range ($850 – $1,000).

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et du président du Conseil du Trésor, Linda Black, de Calgary (Alberta), à titre de membre du Groupe de travail sur la gouvernance et les changements culturels dans la GRC, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 31 décembre 2007 et fixe la rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, dont le taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (850 $ – 1 000 $).
