                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsections 14(2) and 14(3) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Constance Gay Morrison of Bathurst, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective March 29, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et des paragraphes 14(2) et 14(3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Constance Gay Morrison, de Bathurst (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 29 mars 2003.
