Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Neil Yeates of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($170,000 - $200,000), effective July 16, 2007.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Neil Yeates, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (170 000 $ ‑ 200 000 $), à compter du 16 juillet 2007.
