                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Wynne Elisabeth Edwards, 3420 Mason Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Palliser, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on January 8, 1996.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État et leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Wynne Elisabeth Edwards, 3420, avenue Mason, Regina (Saskatchewan), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Palliser, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 8 janvier 1996.
