Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 20.7  of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Pierre Blais, P.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, a Judge of the Federal Court, to be Chairperson of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal to hold office for a term of five years.   

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 20.7 de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Pierre Blais, c.p., d’Ottawa (Ontario), juge à la Cour fédérale, au poste de président du Tribunal de la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles pour un mandat de cinq ans.
