Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 5(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby appoints Kenneth R. W. Vollman of Calgary, Alberta, to be a temporary member of the National Energy Board for a term of two years, for the purpose of allowing Mr. Vollman to continue to serve on the Mackenzie Gas Project review, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($1,080 ‑ $1,270).  

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des paragraphes 4(1) et 5(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en nomme Kenneth R. W. Vollman, de Calgary (Alberta), membre temporaire de l’Office national de l’énergie pour un mandat de deux ans, dans le but de permettre à M. Vollman de participer à la revue du Projet gazier Mackenzie, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (1 080 $ ‑ 1 270).
