Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsections 14(2) and 14(3) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Richard J. March of St Clair Beach, Ontario, to be a director of the Windsor Port Authority, to hold office for a term of one year, effective June 27, 2007. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et des paragraphes 14(2) et 14(3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Richard J. March, de St Clair Beach (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Windsor, pour une période d’un an, à compter du 27 juin 2007.
