Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, hereby appoints Richard I. Hornung, Q.C., of Calgary, Alberta, to be a part‑time Vice‑Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.
