Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Douglas N. Abra, de la ville de Winnipeg dans la province du Manitoba, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba, à compter du 10 juillet 2007.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Douglas N. Abra, of the City of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Manitoba, effective July 10, 2007.
