Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Alan D. MacInnes, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba, soit nommé juge d'appel de la Cour d'appel du Manitoba, et juge d'office de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba, à compter du 10 juillet 2007.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that  the Honourable Alan D. MacInnes, a Judge of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen's Bench for Manitoba, effective July 10, 2007.
