Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable B. Richard Bell, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau‑Brunswick, Division de première instance, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel du Nouveau‑Brunswick.

 

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable B. Richard Bell, a Judge of the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.
