Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the President of the Treasury Board to enter into a licence agreement on behalf of the Government of Canada with the Canadian Broadcasters Rights Agency, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft licence agreement.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le président du Conseil du Trésor à conclure, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec l’Agence des droits des radiodiffuseurs canadiens, un contrat de licence conforme en substance au projet de contrat de licence ci‑joint.
