Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves the entry by the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities into amendments to the contribution agreements with the governments of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and the Yukon Territory in accordance with the amended terms and conditions as have been approved by Treasury Board on August 12, 2003 for the purposes of implementing the Highway Construction Component of the Strategic Highway Infrastructure Program.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre des Transports, de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités des modifications apportées aux accords de contribution avec les gouvernements de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Alberta, de la Saskatchewan, du Manitoba, du Québec, de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick, de l’Île‑du-Prince-Édouard et du territoire du Yukon conformément aux conditions modifiées et approuvées par le Conseil du Trésor le 12 août 2003 en vue de réaliser le volet construction routière du Programme stratégique d’infrastructures routière.
