Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 10 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, hereby appoints D. Ian Glen, Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
