Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to accept, on behalf of the Government of Canada, that the amendment to the preamble of the Convention of the World Meteorological Organization be binding on Canada.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre des Affaires étrangères à accepter, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, que le Canada soit lié par l’amendement au préambule de la Convention de l’Organisation météorologique mondiale.
