Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 37(1.1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, hereby approves the response to the environmental assessment report of the National Energy Board on the Brunswick Pipeline Project, in the annexed form.
