Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister and the Information Commissioner, pursuant to section 56 of the Access to Information Act, hereby appoints Suzanne Legault of Gatineau, Quebec, to be an Assistant Information Commissioner to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($121,800 ‑ $143,300), effective June 18, 2007.
