Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints, during pleasure, the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry as Official Receivers for all Bankruptcy divisions and districts in Canada:

 

(a) Kevin Atkins of the City of Quebec, Quebec;

(b) Caroline Ebata of Pointe-Claire, Quebec;

(c) Charmaine Martin of Vancouver, British Columbia;

(d) Jeanne Melanson of Calgary, Alberta;

(e) Mélanie Goulet of Orleans, Ontario;

(f) Marilyn E. Hunking of London, Ontario;

(g) Leslie Anne Boone of London, Ontario;

(h) Kyla Nauman of London, Ontario; and

(i) Rebekah Johnston of Hamilton, Ontario.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme séquestres officiels, à titre amovible, pour toutes les divisions et districts de faillite du Canada, les fonctionnaires ci-après du Bureau du surintendant des faillites de l’Industrie :
