Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, hereby:

 

(a)       pursuant to sections 3 and 6 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, reappoints Faye Helen Smith of Gloucester, Ontario, to be a full‑time member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year;

 

(b)       pursuant to section 4 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, designates Faye Helen Smith as Chairperson of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada; and

 

(c)        pursuant to section 7 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($121,800 ‑ $143,300);

 

effective May 30, 2007. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports,  Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a)         en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, renouvelle le mandat de Faye Helen Smith, de Gloucester (Ontario), conseiller à temps plein du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an;

 

b)         en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, désigne Faye Helen Smith, président du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada;

 

c)         en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (121 800 $ ‑ 143 300 $);

 

à compter du 30 mai 2007.
