Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into a contribution agreement with the Province of Alberta for the purpose of facilitating and co‑ordinating the implementation of on‑line information, tools and services for immigrants, for a term ending on March 31, 2010, in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration conclue un accord de contribution avec le gouvernement de l’Alberta dans le but de faciliter et de coordonner la mise en œuvre de renseignements, d’outils et de services en ligne destinés aux immigrants, pour une période se terminant le 31 mars 2010, lequel accord est conforme au projet d’accord ci‑joint.
