Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints David James Walsh of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Newfoundland and Labrador Regional Division, and particularly for the District of St. John’s, for a term of three years.
