Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Nada Marie Borden of Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Newfoundland and Labrador Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Corner Brook, for a term of three years, effective May 29, 2007.
