Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, hereby appoints Jim Prodger of Truro, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years.   

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 41(1) de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jim Prodger, de Truro (Nouvelle-Écosse), conseiller du conseil d’administration du Conseil de gestion financière des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans.
