Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, hereby:

 

(a)       pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Herman Champagne of Saint‑Lambert, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

 

(b)       pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes his conditions of employment as set out in the schedule hereto; and

 

(c)        pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Herman Champagne be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

 

effective July 2, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil :

 

a)         en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Herman Champagne, de Saint‑Lambert (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

 

b)         en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe ses conditions d’emploi comformément à l’annexe ci-jointe;

 

c)         en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Herman Champagne soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

 

à compter du 2 juillet 2007.
