Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsection 5(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act, hereby appoints P. André Gervais, Q.C., of Westmount, Quebec, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years.
