Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby appoints Kenneth David Atkinson of St. Catharines, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, effective June 4, 2007. 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Kenneth David Atkinson, de St. Catharines (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, à compter du 4 juin 2007.
