Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 25.1(1) of the Divorce Act, hereby approves the entering by the Minister of Justice, on behalf of the Government of Canada, into a memorandum of agreement with the Government of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador substantially in accordance with the draft memorandum of agreement annexed hereto for the purpose of designating the Recalculation Office as a provincial child support service and repealing the Memorandum of Agreement entered into on November 28, 2002.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 25.1(1) de la Loi sur le divorce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Justice, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un protocole d’accord avec le gouvernement de la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, lequel est conforme en substance au projet de protocole d’accord ci-joint et vise à désigner le Recalculation Office en tant que service provincial des aliments pour enfants et à abroger le protocole d’accord conclu le 28 novembre 2002.
