Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of the Deputy Chief Commissioner and the commissioners of the First Nations Tax Commission, as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration consists of:

 

(a)       a per diem within the range $675 ‑ $800 for the Deputy Chief Commissioner; and

 

(b)       a per diem within the range of $475 ‑ $550 for the commissioners.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 23(1) de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération du vice-président et des commissaires de la Commission de la fiscalité des premières nations, conformément à l'annexe ci‑jointe.  Cette rémunération se compose :

 

(a)       d'un taux journalier dans l'échelle 675 $ ‑ 800 $ pour le vice‑président;

 

(b)       d'un taux journalier dans l'échelle 475 $  ‑ 550 $ pour les commissaires.
