Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to sections 12 and 15 of the Canadian Space Agency Act, hereby appoints Laurier J. Boisvert of North Gower, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Space Agency, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($195,500 ‑ $229,000), effective April 16, 2007.  

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des articles 12 et 15 de la Loi sur l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Laurier J. Boisvert, de North Gower (Ontario), président de l’Agence spatiale canadienne, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci‑jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (195 500 $ ‑ 229 000 $), à compter du 16 avril 2007.
