Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Stuart Douglas Boland Smith, Q.C., of Kamloops, British Columbia, to be a director of the Prince Rupert Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.
