Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, hereby:

 

(a)       pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Daniel Charbonneau of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

 

(b)       pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Daniel Charbonneau be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

 

effective March 29, 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil :

 

a)         en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, renouvelle le mandat de Daniel Charbonneau, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

 

b)         en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Daniel Charbonneau soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

 

à compter du 29 mars 2007.
