The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Leo D. Barry, a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
