   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 47 of the Remote Sensing Space Systems Act, assented to on November 25, 2005, being chapter 45 of the Statutes of Canada, 2005, hereby fixes April 5, 2007 as the day on which that Act comes into force, other than section 46, which came into force on assent.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’article 47 de la Loi sur les systèmes de télédétection spatiale, sanctionnée le 25 novembre 2005, chapitre 45 des Lois du Canada (2005), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 5 avril 2007 la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette loi, à l’exception de l’article 46, lequel est entré en vigueur à la sanction.
