Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the corporate plan of the Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2007 and ending on March 31, 2008.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, de l=Infrastructure et des Collectivités et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d=entreprise de la Société du Vieux‑Port de Montréal Inc. pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2007 et se terminant le 31 mars 2008.
