   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsection 112(1) of the Public Safety Act, 2002, assented to on May 6, 2004, being chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, hereby fixes March 31, 2007 as the day on which Part 8 of that Act comes into force.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du paragraphe 112(1) de la Loi de 2002 sur la sécurité publique, sanctionnée le 6 mai 2004, chapitre 15 des Lois du Canada (2004), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 31 mars 2007 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la partie 8 de cette loi.
