Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into a contribution agreement with the Province of Nova Scotia, for the purpose of facilitating and co-ordinating the implementation of on-line information, tools, and services for immigrants, for a term ending on March 31, 2010, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration conclue un accord de contribution  avec le gouvernement de la Nouvelle-Écosse, dans le but de faciliter et de coordonner la mise en œuvre de renseignements, d’outils et de service en ligne destinés aux immigrants, pour une période se terminant le 31 mars 2010, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
