Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of

Kris Matthews of Calgary, Alberta, as a director of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
