Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby designates Ken S. Sandhu of Brampton, Ontario, a full‑time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to be Deputy Chairperson

of the Refugee Protection Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, and fixes his remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($144,300 ‑ $169,800).  

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil choisit Ken S. Sandhu, de Brampton (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), comme vice‑président de la Section de la protection des réfugiés de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, et fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci‑jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (144 300 $ ‑ 169 800 $).
