Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Ian C. Swan of Lake of The Woods, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Terence Pittman, effective April 26, 2007.

     

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Ian C. Swan, de Lake of The Woods (Nouvelle‑Écosse), membre de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Terence Pittman, à compter du 26 avril 2007.
