Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(c) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Eric D. MacKenzie of Fredericton, New Brunswick, to be a member of the National Capital Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Harry Thomas Doyle.  

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)c) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Eric D. MacKenzie, de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), commissaire de la Commission de la capitale nationale à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Harry Thomas Doyle.
