Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsection 5(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act, hereby appoints Henri Lanctôt of Ville Mont-Royal, Quebec, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 3(2)b) et du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Henri Lanctôt, de Ville Mont-Royal (Québec), membre du Tribunal de la concurrence à titre inamovible pour un mandat de six ans.
