The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Gillian D. Butler, of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
