Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Darla Catherine Hunter, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan, soit nommée juge de la Cour d'appel de la Saskatchewan, et juge ex officio de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de la Saskatchewan.

 

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable Darla Catherine Hunter, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan.
