Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable J. Bryan Shaughnessy, juge principal régional de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région centrale-est, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that the Honourable J. Bryan Shaughnessy, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the Central East Region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
