Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Federal Real Property and Federal Immovables Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Federal Real Property Regulations.
